Day 30 of 30 Hyper Hydration Water Challenge

Yah..last day of challenge drinking 3.5 litres of water. Another full on day out on the road so will report back later tonight.

Perhaps its not really the last day of the challenge rather the start of a new habit. They say it takes 30 days to create a habit so maybe my new thing to do everyday now will be to drink much more Healthier Water.

Maybe doing this showed me all the other possibilities to do with water that have not only helped me its helped others globally too. You just never know the impact you can have….in YOU and OTHERS when you take on things.

Day 30 of 30 Hyper Hydration #waterchallenge COMPLETED!!!

Well, its done! I have literally drunk in excess of 110 litres of water in 30 days. Every day drinking a minimum of 3.5 litres of water (includes the 300ml of lemon water every morning upon waking)

I have contributed almost 11,000 days of water to families in Cambodia, Tanzania, Malawi and Kenya which equates to at least 29 yrs worth of water being provided to assist them.

I’m done for now….I will continue to drink water however probably go back to just 1 bottle per day instead of the two.

It has been a huge challenge and one I am grateful to have participated in. I have learnt that I can, if I truly put my heart and soul into something, I can finish it. If my WHY is big enough then it makes it all the more achievable.
